Repeat Prescriptions

 We are only able to accept prescription requests in writing. You can

1. Post it enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
2. Online via the SYSTMONLINE service. Click on the repeat prescription button. If you  would like to register for this please visit the reception desk with some photographic ID
3. Prescription Box - In main entrance at the surgery - For confidentiality please put your request in an envelope when posting through letterbox
4. Email your request to scripts.l83004@nhs.net (please note it is a lowecase letter "l" and not the number "1" in the email address) From November 1st 2017 we will no longer be monitoring this email account

Please allow 3 working days from ordering your prescription for collection at the surgery or pharmacy (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

We need to know the name, strength, dose and quantity of the drug or drugs you require. If you are on regular medication, the computer will print this and you will have a computer request slip provided. Using the computer request slip will speed up your request. Please use it whenever possible. We can arrange for your medication to be available for you to collect from the pharmacy of your choice. Please write the chemist of your choice on the request slip.

All prescription requests will be sent electronically to your chosen chemist. If you wish to opt out of the electronic service please contact the surgery.
