Our Patient Services Manager is Jo Sweet who has responsibility for managing the day to day running of the practice. She will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problem that you may have and also to receive any suggestions you may have for improving the services offered.
Patient Services Team:-
The team is trained to deal with your needs. They make appointments; deal with enquiries, and with repeat prescription requests. Sometimes they will have to ask for details of your condition in order to assess the degree of urgency. Such information is dealt with in complete confidence. To cover our long opening hours, we operate on a shift system designed to provide optimum cover at all times. Unfortunately, delays still occur at peak periods and we ask for your patience should you have to wait for attention as they are trying to keep everyone happy!

Our Practice IT Administrator is Tom de Young who is responsible for the information put on our computer system. The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Our PA’s provide secretarial support for the whole practice team, which includes dealing with referral letters to hospitals and reports. They also organise specialist clinic appointments and deal with patient queries
